Endorsement means the associate of a celebrity person like sportsmen or actors with a brand name which they have to promote and to determine their sells increase.. As the company for women, Avon wanted to partner with someone who could represent not only their  world-famous beauty brand, but also could be a source of inspiration for their more than 5 million Avon Representatives around the world.  Avon has endorsement from celebrities, models and make-up artists. One of the Avon celebrity endorsement is using the famous Fergie of Black Eyed Peas.  Because Fergie is the new face of Avon perfume,  the cosmetics maker sponsored world tour this year of the Black Eyed Peas. Thus, Fergie contribute to creating the first AVON fragrance along quite well known after a series begun by Salma Hayek and continued with Angel Locsin actors, Zoe Saldana, Patrick Dempsey, Courteney Cox and Reese Witherspoon. The new perfume "Outspoken by Fergie" has enjoyed a sustained promotion in Romania, with many outdoor spaces, flashmobs (designed by Starcom) and can sometimes bothered by frequent appearances of advertising on music channels. It should be noted the novelty of the message conveyed by the two partners - Avon calling services for the first time a music artist to promote her new perfume and change its image Fergie "Glamour Girl" in one more sensual and feminine face of partnerships with Motorola or MAC cosmetics firm. Also, fragrance ad is different from old ones: endorser is no longer has a graceful and delicate appearance, but one that inspires security, maturity and sexuality. Manufacturers say that the perfume has a floral flavor mixed with the smell of black leather clothing, which is probably why Fergie wears only black dresses.

Brand names

 The brand name I would like to talk about is Dacia. Dacia had launched their first car in 1968, a great car at that times called Dacia 1100. The word “Dacia” is a representative name because it’s coincide with a space and a people which lived on the Romanian territory in the ancient period and which are considered the Romanian ancestors. In 2010, Dacia arrived to more than 20 models of cars launched and become an important competitor at the cars market in Europe. Even from the 70’s Dacia had collaborated contacts with another cars company called Renault, which became, in 1999, the principal shareholders of Dacia. In last year, The Dacia brand name developed a lot, specially by some family cars like Logan and Sandero, which are considerate having the best price-quality ratio. This models are known for their low fuel consumption and for their reliability. In their advertising, Dacia tried to express the target market of his cars in TV clips showing the active persons driving the cars in high condition, but also women driving slowly in the city. The Dacia slogan is: ”rely on Dacia”. I conclude saying that Dacia brand name became in the last years one of the best sold car in the Europe, specially in the Vest Europe in countries like Germany, Holland, creating many problems on more known and developed brands like Volkswagen or Opel.

WHAT MOTIVATES PEOPLE TO CHANGE?
According to the customs or the psychology, people used to change searching for something better. A man will never change or try to change how long he hasn’t any problems around him or he realize he is on the best way.  A man change only when he feel this. When can you feel this? When you realize that you do constantly something  wrong or your attitude of last times has bad results. An important think in the fact of changing or not a person is the question they put for themselves and when they do it. I’m sure anybody would try to change if he feels some alarm signals. For instance, a long absence from home will determine you to appreciate more your family and your friends, meeting kind people will also guide you for a better attitude, the performance of some people can stimulate you to believe in effort and work. So, I think the motivate to wish you to change appears often and it must be sober-minded all the implications.
